Ouzo Gold

An exceptional distillate, with the solemnity of an old family recipe that we discovered and made golden. The infusion of various ceeds in the distillation, such as star anise, fennel, sweet anise, cardamom, coriander, and Chios mastic, imparts the sweetness needed in the final product, eliminating the need for the addition of sugar. To achieve the appropriate body, flavor, and enhancement of all the aromas, an alcoholic content of 43.5% is required. And, of course, the four-month aging in the tanks results in the harmonization of flavors and aromas.
